6 Week Course Starting November 10th

Tuesdays at 6pm

Week 1 Basic stances, footwork, jab, cross, hook and slipping applications
Week 2 Review basics; work on ju jitsu, arm bars and wrist locks
Week 3 Review prior techniques; work on kicks and knee strikes
Week 4 Review prior techniques; work on ju jitsu, rolls, falls and take downs
Week 5 Review prior techniques; work on strikes and defenses
Week 6 Overview specifics put it all together

Information about our coach: Marc J. Tetreault, born in Montreal in 1961, started practicing Judo in 1971, Taekwondo in 1981 Shaolin Kung fu, Kali, Double stick fighting, Jutjitsu in 1982, Taekwondo in 1989, Kempo Karate in 2000And Kick Boxing 2006. Marc and his family reside in Windsor.
